Delivery Information:

Deliveries of the Diamond Spas are scheduled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery date and time. Your shipping and handling charges include off-load and curb-side delivery. Inspect all packing for damage and report to carrier. Extraordinary delivery requirements or requests may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier.

NOTE: The minimum doorway width for an inside delivery is 36 inches at the narrowest point. The carrier is not responsible for the removal of doors, door-jambs, hinges, trim, gates, screens or any obstruction that might limit access to the selected delivery site. The carrier is not responsible for the unpacking or setup of the product.

Inspect all packing for damage and report to carrier. All deliveries require a signature.

The estimated delivery time will be approximately 4 (four) weeks from the time of the order.

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are by quote only.

Deliveries before 8 A.M., after 5 P.M. or on weekends are by quote only.
